How does the booking process work?
Tell us your destination, dates, and budget through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. We build a custom itinerary around your preferences, share transparent pricing with no hidden charges, and once confirmed, you pay securely online. Our team stays reachable from enquiry to your return home.
Can I customize my itinerary?
Yes — every SGS trip is built around your pace, budget, and interests, not a fixed template. Tell us what matters to you (culture, adventure, relaxation) and we’ll adjust routes, stays, and duration accordingly.
What's included in the package price?
Typically includes accommodation, transportation, and specified meals as listed per itinerary; exclusions (flights, personal expenses, optional activities) are called out per package. Confirm standard inclusion language with SGS before publishing.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never ask for full card numbers or passwords over phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Are your tour guides experienced and local?
Yes — our guides are locally based and bring firsthand route, seasonal, and cultural knowledge to every stop, not just directions and timings.
How long in advance should I book my trip?
For domestic trips, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead for the best stay availability; international tours typically need 4-6 weeks for visa processing.
What if I need support during my trip?
