Mathura & Vrindavan Tour

Arrive at Delhi, Mathura, or Agra by air or rail and transfer to the hotel for check-in. After freshening up, visit the birthplace of Lord Krishna, an area dotted with temples of its own significance — the main one being The Dwarkadheesh Temple. Continue to Sri Krishna Janma Bhumi, the site where Lord Krishna was born, then to Vishram Ghat, a sacred ghat on the banks of the Yamuna where Krishna is said to have rested after defeating the tyrant Kansa. In the evening, attend the Yamuna Ji Ki Aarti, a devotional ceremony offering prayers to the river goddess Yamuna. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Mathura/Vrindavan.

After breakfast, explore Vrindavan, the childhood home of Lord Krishna. Visit Shri Banke Bihari Temple, one of Vrindavan’s most famous shrines, followed by Nidhivan, a sacred grove of twisting trees where Krishna is said to perform his divine dance each night. Continue to the Madan Mohan Temple, the area’s oldest, and the ornately designed Sri Radha Raman Mandir. In the evening, visit the ISKCON Temple (Sri Krishna Balrama Temple), the first temple built by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness in 1975, followed by Prem Mandir, the Temple of Divine Love dedicated to Radha and Krishna. Drive back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Mathura/Vrindavan.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the Delhi, Mathura, or Agra Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
