City tax (if applicable) is payable directly at hotel, not included in package cost.
Hotel security deposit (refundable/non-refundable per hotel policy) payable at check-in.
Standard check-in 1400 hrs / check-out 1200 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out requests must go through SGS Tours in advance, subject to availability.
In the rare event booked accommodation is unavailable on arrival, an alternate of equivalent standard will be arranged.
Interconnecting/adjacent/same-floor rooms are subject to availability only.
Itinerary/activities may be modified due to Force Majeure, strikes, weather, traffic, overbooking, or flight/train rescheduling — no refund or compensation liability in such cases.
Amendment requests must be raised at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Early departure or shortened stay is treated as a cancellation — no refund.
No refund for unutilized services once booking is confirmed.
Tiger Hill sunrise visit is subject to permit/pass availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Documents required: Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport + 2–3 passport-size photos.

Payment Schedule:
30% of total billing to confirm booking (paid in advance)
50% due 45 days before departure
20% due 15 working days before departure

Cancellation Policy:
20% charge if cancelled 45+ days before tour
40% charge if cancelled 44–30 days before tour
60% charge if cancelled 29–10 days before tour
100% charge if cancelled 0–9 days before tour
No refund for changes on an ongoing trip
