Payment & Cancellation Policy + Important Notes

• Payment Schedule:
  – 30% of total billing amount payable in advance to process booking
  – 50% of total billing amount payable before 45 days of departure
  – 20% of total billing amount payable before 15 working days of departure
• Cancellation Policy:
  – 20% cancellation charge if cancelled 45+ days before tour
  – 40% cancellation charge if cancelled 44–30 days before tour
  – 60% cancellation charge if cancelled 29–10 days before tour
  – 100% cancellation charge if cancelled 0–9 days before tour
  – No refund if cancelled within 9 days of trip start
  – No refund/compensation for changes on an ongoing trip
  – Applicable charges apply for any changes made during the trip
• Important Notes:
  – Rooms and rates are subject to availability at time of booking; rates are dynamic and may change without notice
  – Extra beds subject to hotel availability, requestable at check-in
  – City tax (if applicable) is payable directly by guest at check-in, not included in package cost
  – Hotels may require a refundable/non-refundable security deposit, payable at check-in
  – Standard check-in/check-out: 1400 hrs / 1200 hrs; early check-in or late check-out requires advance coordination with SGS, subject to availability
  – If reserved accommodation is unavailable on arrival, an alternate of equivalent standard will be arranged
  – Interconnecting/adjacent/same-floor rooms are subject to availability
  – Low-cost carrier flights (if included) do not include baggage; extra baggage can be added at additional cost
  – Special dinner or mandatory holiday-season surcharges (New Year, Christmas, etc.) are not included and may not always be communicated in advance
  – SGS reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure, strikes, weather, overbooking, flight/hotel rescheduling, entry restrictions, etc., without liability for refund/compensation
  – Refunds for non-operational paid activities are processed within 60 days; no refund for complimentary/non-charged activities
  – Amendment requests must be raised at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability
  – Documents required: Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, or Passport + 2–3 passport-size photos
  – Shorter stays or early check-out than booked will be treated as cancellation — no refund
  – No refund for unutilized services once booking is confirmed
  – No liability for costs from transportation issues, flight/train rescheduling, political disturbance, natural disaster, bad weather, or terrorism
  – In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated
  – Guests must be punctual: max waiting time is 5 minutes (sharing) / 10 minutes (private); missed pickups require guests to reach attractions independently — arrive at hotel lobby 10 minutes before tour start
  – Airfare inclusions (if any) are subject to change/availability; check flight status 24 hours before departure
